At WebFari, we aim to deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project or service by providing written notice via email or our official contact form.

If cancellation occurs before work has started, a full refund may be issued.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, any work already completed will be billed, and only the remaining balance (if any) may be refunded.

If cancellation occurs after project completion or delivery, no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for unused services or uncompleted work.

No refunds will be issued for completed work, delivered services, or approved designs.

Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover initial work, planning, and resource allocation.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project cancellation.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If a client is dissatisfied, WebFari will first offer revisions in accordance with the agreed project scope.

Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to reasonably fulfill the agreed service after revisions.

4. Late Payments & Termination

If payment is overdue, WebFari reserves the right to pause or terminate the project.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

5. Third-Party Services

WebFari is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services, including but not limi

ted to hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, themes, or software subscriptions.

6. Subscription Services (Maintenance, Hosting, Support)

Subscription services may be canceled at any time with written notice.

No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once the subscription has begun.

Services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
